Three months ago, a person known only by the username “Ampex2000″ on YouTube began uploading less-than-flattering videos of Chris Berman. The videos which can be viewed here depicted Berman being a complete and utter asshole to the crew on ESPN between takes.
Well it looks like the same thing is happening to Bill O’Reilly of Fox News. In the following video of O’reilly you’ll see him completely LOSING IT when he doesn’t understand something on the teleprompter.
Yesterday, Robber Horry played in his 237th playoff game, tying the all-time record held by Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Horry has seven rings, and according to Bloomberg he has never been on a team that didn’t make it past the first round of the playoffs. While he’s been a roleplayer for the majority of his career, nobody can downplay his contributions.
Horry is always deadly when it matters.
Here’s my favorite Horry moment (and probably my favorite NBA playoff moment of all time). Game 4 of the western conference finals in 2002. Los Angeles Lakers vs. Sacramento Kings. Robert sticks a dagger in the heart of his opponents.
One of these days… I’m going to stop giving them the attention they obviously crave….. But today ain’t the day. Sports Illustrated and Sports By Brooks had the scoop:
“For those of you (which we assume is all of you) who missed last night’s Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s, we’ll break it down for you. Kim decided to make a calendar for Reggie Bush. Kim’s mom then decided to sell the calendar. Reggie got pissed that these risque calendars were on the market. Kim had to buy back all the calendars.”
I don’t quite understand this, mainly because Kim Kardashian has:
A. a sex tape with Ray J. giving her his microscopic babies
B. a playboy spread
So what exactly is there to be secretive about at this point? The entire world has already seen every inch of your girlfriend Reggie, I doubt a few tame calendar pictures are going to change anything homie…keep it movin.
It was on this day 25 years ago that a lovely woman decided she had to get this bad ass child out of her womb before she went crazy. Chuck came into the world and hasn’t left us alone since then.
Please join me in celebrating the fact that Chuck is now a quarter century old and officially an old ass man.
ESPN’s Outside The Lines ran a report on USC’s O.J. Mayo receiving illegal benefits from his first year in highschool all the way up until last year. In the last 4-5 years Mayo has received up to $30,000 in cash and gifts in exchange for a verbal agreement to sign with BDA management when he made it to the NBA.
There are two things in this story that crack me up.
1. BDA management actually paid out $200,000 for O.J. Mayo, but most of that money was taken and spent by the middleman, Rodney Guillory.
2. You HAVE to see the look on O.J.’s face when ESPN puts him on the spot questioning these allegations. It reminds me of Miguel Tejada’s interview with E:60 a few weeks ago. Check it out in the vid below….
