The sexual assault story involving Sacramento Kings center Justin Williams just got a little more interesting.

What originally appeared to be a classic “my word vs. his word” has turned into “my word vs. theirs” because the sexual rendezvous involved three people, the third being Williams’ longtime girlfriend. Williams and his woman were partying at a bar in downtown Sacramento and the fun soon moved to Williams’ home where they all got freaky.

“The truth is nothing happened that night that was not consensual, and we have proof of it,” attorney William Portanova told The Sacramento Bee. “While some people may find it distasteful to think about it, it’s a reality of 21st century life.”

“The party started at a nice bar with nice people,” Portanova said. “What happened was no surprise to anyone who was there.”
