Criminal Fantasy League

Brandon Marshall a.k.a. “Baby T.O.” of the Denver Broncos was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence just hours after his team defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday night. Marshall is doing things all wrong, if he wants to be like T.O., he’d get into trouble on the field, not off. The arrest counts for 50 points in the Fantasy League for the football squad.

We haven’t forgotten about Paul Byrd either, the Cleveland Indians pitcher who admitted taking HGH for his “medical problems”. Byrd was given HGH by physicians, but 2 of the prescriptions were written by dentists. Victor Conte appeared on television this weekend saying that Byrd was full of crap, because dentists don’t give out HGH. Conte has been putting players on blast for three years now, I love this guy, even though he has a pedophile mustache. Byrd’s admission counts as 100 points for the baseball squad.

Remarkably, this is baseball’s first crime since we started tracking athlete misfortunes. If George Mitchell decides to name names next month, we’ll really see a surge in points for “America’s game”

1. Football – 1020 Points (8 arrests)
2. Other Sports – 350 Points (1 steroid allegation, 1 positive test, 1 arrest)
3. Basketball – 225 Points (3 arrest, 1 allegation)
4. Wrestling/Boxing/MMA – 100 Points (1 Positive Steroid Test)
5. Baseball – 100 points (1 HGH admission)
6. Golf
7. Soccer
8. Tennis
9. Auto Sports
10. NHL Hockey
