1. The United States Government
They’re indicting Barry Bonds, and they don’t have any more info than they did 2 years ago. Like I said yesterday, they decided to pull this move because time was running out and they really want to make his life a living hell. Why spend million on putting a baseball player in jail when this country obviously has bigger more important issues to worry about. Fix our airport security, fix global warming, eliminate America’s “map shortage” for christs sake.

2. Carmelo Anthony & Allen Iverson
This video was taken sometime before the last NBA season ended. Allen and Melo seem to be doing their hardest to sound like dumb stereotypical athletes-trying-to-be-rappers.

The Warriors have lost their postseason magic.
Barry Bonds is out of S.F. and in legal trouble
Cal went from #2 in the BCS to a five game losing streak.

4.The Indianapolis Colts
Thanks to their team president Bill Polian, NFL mascots are now banned from walking onto the field. Jacksonville Jaguars rep Vic Ketchman explained why:

Brad from Harrisonburg, VA: An nfl.com article stated: “Because of the antics of Jaguars mascot Jaxson de Ville, a rule was instituted that all NFL mascots must stay behind the six-foot white border around the field at all times during games.” What incident is this alluding to?

Vic: Jaxson spent a little too much time on the field for Colts President Bill Polian’s tastes during the Monday night game on Oct. 22. Polian filed a complaint with the league.

5. Dejon Bivens
Since I didn’t do last weeks edition of losers this story is a little stale, but I HAD to include it.
This high school tennis player was charged with a sex crime last week after giving oral sex to a classmate. But wait, it wasn’t a Genarlow Wilson situation where two consenting teens decided to get nasty, Bivens gave a male student some Superhead action while he slept. The other guy woke up and understandably freaked out.

Wait a minute…. a gay tennis player, who woulda thunk it? Look at all the big bad masculine men he has to look up to…. like Roger Federer.
