Where’s Nick Barnett? He had 131 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and 2 picks. He deserved a spot.

And same for Charles Woodson, CB for Green Bay, who, through 14 games, had 63 tackles and 4 int, 1 returned for a TD. He should have gone over Al Harris, who only had 37 tackles and 2 int.

You can’t seriously think Polamalu earned a pro bowl spot can you? Have you seen his stats this year? No interceptions, no sacks, only 58 tackles through 11 games.

You can find handfuls of defensive backs with equal or better numbers than that. Polamalu earned his spot through name recognition.

Roethlisberger had a great season, but I gave the nod to anderson because of his overall play, and lifting a crappy team to a possible playoff spot. You can’t pop up the week AFTER Anderson has his worst game of the season and erase all the good he’s done.

Troy and Ben not good enough, but Anderson and Winslow are? LOL

Palomalu is still recovering from his injury, so perhaps he “hasn’t done anything” since then – but hardly fair to say “all season.”

And have you even looked at Big Ben’s numbers this year?

Other than that, how are things in Cleveland?

BTW – one of the big snubs you didn’t mention is Hines Ward – the most unselfish receiver in the NFL.

Yeh, Troy Palomalu is Bullshit, Fred Taylor or Jamal Lewis over Willie Parker (but Willie is injured so one might make it), Ogden, Troy P, Driver, Holt, Briggs, R Lewis is a bunch of name recognition BS. Even though Tony G and Winslow had similar numbers…I woulda picked Winslow cuz his team is winning.
