Former NBA star Glen Rice was arrested and charged with felony battery after beating up a man he found in his estranged wife’s closet.

Rice went to the home of estranged wife Christina Rice and punched Alberto Perez several times, police said. Perez fled the home and called police. He received a cut to his forehead that needed nine stitches, police said.

The six-foot-eight Rice surrendered to police and was released after posting US$5,000 bond. It was not immediately known if he had an lawyer.

So let’s get this straight… you’re laying pipe to another man’s (estranged) wife, yet you want to call the cops when he puts hands on you? Getting an asskicking from her husband should be an accepted risk in this situation. He should have took his lumps and moved on. But in any event, this counts as 100 points for the B-Ballers in the Criminal Fantasy League.

Look out for a HUGE CFL update in the next few days.
