In order to be great in the NFL, you need a consistent and stable coaching staff. Vick changed head coaches, offensive coordinators, or offensive scheme almost EVERY year he was there. I want any of you guys to tell me ONE quarterback who has had continued success while going through the organizational changes that Michael Vick had in Atlanta.... It's impossible to change offensive coordinators one year, then change the head coach the next year, then implement an entirely new offensive the next year.. then change coaches again... and be a productive QB. The very same thing is happening to Alex Smith in San Francisco at this very moment. He's had 3 offensive coordinators in 3 seasons.
