He signed Pacman knowing he would be reinstated...its like that when you understand that the league commissioner actually works for you and not the other way around. The posturing for the media is cute though. It gives the illusion that Goodell is actually still considering it. Please, Pacman is reinstated, all that's left is the announcement where Goodell gets to make some comment about "if he does this...if he does that"....yeah, yeah, yeah.
