I hate to say I told you so, but……. I TOLD YOU.

Back in March, I wrote a post asking if Floyd Mayweather was putting himself in danger due to his flashy behavior. It went a little something like this…….

We’ve all seen him making it rain at WWE press conferences. We’ve all see him carrying around 80,000 walking around in Las Vegas. We’ve all seen him throwing money at women in the strip clubs. And now theres a video of him counting over $1 million dollars floating around on YouTube.

With the recent instances of professional athletes being targeted, don’t you think Floyd is setting himself up to be robbed? It happened to Antoine Walker, Dunta Robinson, and Sebastian Telfair already. What makes Floyd invincible????

The inevitable has happened beause SOHH.com is reporting that a couple of weeks ago, someone broke into Floyd’s Las Vegas home and stole $7 million in jewelry. Floyd initially tried to keep the incident in-house an launched a private investigation, but after making little progress Floyd is speaking out.

Mayweather confirmed that the jewelry is estimated to be valued at $7 million and was taken from one of his Las Vegas homes. The offense occurred on August 17, between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. The thieves apparently broke his bedroom window and entered while he was out of the house. Here’s a picture of the assailant

I’m still waiting for this to be reported by a source a little more reputable than SOHH’s rumor section, so I’ll keep an eye on it until then.
