This is great.

The police pull Alston over and start asking him dumb ass questions (I know they’re asking to judge how intoxicated he might be, but I can also see how the questions would be annoying). Rafer first tries to name drop and see if that will get him out of trouble, “I play for the Houston Rockets”, but when that doesn’t work he just kinda throws up his hands and says “arrest me”.

He turns around with his hands behind his back to get it over with before the cops even ask.

For a moment there, I had my doubts that Rafer was actually drunk, but while in the car he asks why he’s being arrested (you just told them to cuff you, big dummy!)… then he says he’s only had 2 drinks when he previously said 3 or 4.
