Video: Hines Ward: “I Hope The Ravens Put Another Bounty On Me”

January 11th, 2009 . by Dell

Hines Ward ain’t scared of no stinkin bounty, this man blindsides defensive backs for lunch and goes home to nail Palin for dinner.

This Ravens/Steelers matchup is going to be EPIC. Hines Ward took a cheap shot on Ed Reed in their first matchup, then there was heavy controversy at the end of their second matchup…. now they meet again in Pittsburgh for the right to go to the Super Bowl.

I’m rooting for Ray and the gang.

Is Hines Ward Nailin’ Palin?

There have been rumors here and there regarding a Hines Ward divorce in the last few months, and it seems like those helpful porn stars are helping ease the pain of his broken heart.

Hines is pictured here with Lisa Ann a.k.a “the chick from the Sarah Palin porno” at the Adult Dvd Empire Company Christmas party (why wasn’t I invited?). According to Lisa’s blog, she didn’t have very much contact with Hines but I’m sure there were more than a few other girls there who have officially entered the new baby mama sweepstakes. What else would he be doing at a porn company party?

The link to Lisa Ann’s blog is here, but you should not click if you’re under 18, or if you’re at work CLICK. There are naked people there, so don’t blame me if you see something you don’t want to.

Also… here’s a picture of Hines’ ex-wife, because I know the gossip hounds would probably go looking for it anyways.

I Hate You Hines Ward

Keith Rivers is on my fantasy team.
Keith Rivers scores a lot of points for me.
Keith Rivers is now out for the rest of the season because Hines Ward broke his jaw in 2 places with a helmet to helmet “block”.

Video: Mark Schlereth Calls Out The NFL For Being Hypocrites

October 16th, 2008 . by Dell

Quick backstory.

The NFL fined Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward for unnecessary roughness and Troy Polamalu came to his team mates defense saying the NFL doesn’t allow its players to be tough like in the old days.

To my surprise and enjoyment, former NFL player Mark Schlereth backed Polamalu’s statements on ESPN, and called out the NFL for capitalizing on the very thing they fine their players for. Schlereth says the NFL shouldn’t sell DVDs like “Moments Of Impact” that show players getting knocked out if they are going to punish their employees for doing so.
